El Pinguino is an oyster bar with an extensive raw bar menu and other Spanish inspired dishes. We are looking for someone with experience shucking oysters to join our small, hardworking team. Candidate must be able to work Sundays. Shifts are roughly 10 hours long, 4 days a week. Cooks also serve and describe dishes to guests. We have an overnight porter to assist with cleaning.
