We are looking for an energetic and personable Server & Retail Associate to join our team at our Italian casual concept. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with guests, enjoys great food. You'll be responsible for ensuring friendly service in both the restaurant and retail areas, creating an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Service Duties:

Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the Italian-inspired menu

Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system

Serve food and beverages efficiently with a focus on presentation and quality

Prepare basic coffee or espresso drinks

Keep dining and service areas clean and organized

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Retail Duties:

Assist customers with retail purchases, answer questions about Italian food products, and offer pairing suggestions

Restock shelves and maintain attractive merchandise displays

Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently

Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock
General Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Previous experience in service, food, or hospitality preferred
