We’re looking for a skilled and creative Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead culinary operations from our on-site food truck kitchen, curating a menu that pairs well with our beer and enhances the brewery experience.
Position Summary:
As the Chef and Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all culinary aspects of the brewery’s kitchen operations. You’ll be responsible for menu development, food preparation, kitchen staff management, inventory control, and ensuring a top-tier food experience for our guests. This is a leadership role that blends creativity with operational execution.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a chef, kitchen manager, or lead cook.

Ability to manage a kitchen independently or with a small team.

Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Creativity in menu planning and presentation.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a mobile kitchen environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:

ServSafe certification or equivalent.

Experience in a brewery, food truck, or fast-casual kitchen setting.

Familiarity with beer and food pairings.
