About Sagaponack
Sagaponack has been open for over a decade. It was named after the first owner’s favorite town in the Hamptons. In October 2020, our team was brought in to bring new energy and flare to the restaurant.
We offer a unique take on flavors alongside fresh Long Island seafood. Enjoy a taste of the Hamptons without leaving Manhattan, with menu options like oysters, lobster rolls, and a surf & turf burger.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate and dedicated to hospitality & service. The following are responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the restaurant
- Provide wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations
- Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas (hopefully soon!)
- Provide menus
- Greet guests upon their departure
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options, protocol, guests notes, allergy notes, etc
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address guests’ queries
- Assist wait staff as needed

Pay is $12/hour + tips. The tips add up to $8+ an hour, equating to $20+ an hour.
