Position Overview:
We’re looking for talented Bartenders who can:
- Create handcrafted cocktails with precision and artistry while maintaining consistent quality across every drink
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest through attentive service and genuine interactions
- Maintain high standards of bar operations including cleanliness, organisation, and workflow efficiency
- Contribute to a welcoming and engaging atmosphere by connecting with patrons and creating memorable experiences
Key Responsibilities of a Bartender:
- Prepare and serve beverages following established recipes and proper pouring techniques
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences and current menu offerings
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, minimize waste, and help control costs
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system, following all cash-handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and internal policies
