Captain

Dynamo room is a brand new steak house located at the recently developed Penn Station district in Manhattan.

The raw bar and grill is the newest project from Sunday Hospitality (Rule of Thirds, Sunday In Brooklyn, Cafe Chelsea, Lobby Bar, El Quijote, Bedford Post Inn)

We are looking for experienced Captains that can bring personality and confidence to the floor.

As a Captain, you will gain a solid understanding of our service style and company culture. 

Requirements for Success:

* Ability to multi-task (ex: manage multiple tables & orders)

* Idea of teamwork- collaborate with both FOH and BOH staff

* Problem solving-  proven ability to handle any issues concerning tables and/or orders taken

* Attention to detail- a complete understanding of our menu & wine list
