Job Details

Dynamo room is a brand new steak house located at the recently developed Penn Station district in Manhattan.

The raw bar and grill is the newest project from Sunday Hospitality (Rule of Thirds, Sunday In Brooklyn, Cafe Chelsea, Lobby Bar, El Quijote, Bedford Post Inn), opening in May 2025.

We are assembling a fantastic team for our new restaurant opening, and we’d love for you to be part of this exciting opportunity! 

As a Captain, you will gain a solid understanding of our service style and company culture. 

Requirements for Success:

* Attention to detail- a complete understanding of our menu & wine list

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
