We specialize in seasonal ingredients, built on local organic produce, wild-caught seafood, and Amish Country poultry & meat cuts. The ideal candidate will elevate our standards while respecting the soul of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the back-of-house team with integrity and high standards
- Collaborate on menu development that reflects seasonal ingredients and classic technique
- Oversee food prep, plating, and quality control across all services
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
- Train and mentor sous chefs and line cooks
Please note:• This is a “working position”, meaning the hired candidate will be cooking behind the line on daily basis.

You Are
- A natural leader with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role (CDC or Executive Sous)
- Well-versed in seasonal cooking, classical technique, and high-volume service
- Calm under pressure, with strong communication and time-management skills
- Obsessed with consistency, presentation, and flavor
