About Buddakan:
A surreal oasis nestled unassumingly in NYC's vibrant Meatpacking District, adjacent to Chelsea Market. The restaurant combines the serenity of Asia with the flamboyance of 16th-century Paris. Otherworldly art, ornate chandeliers, and a bevy of gilded details kick the senses into overdrive, setting a dramatic precedent for fanciful, shareable pan-Asian fare inspired by multiple traditions. As Buddakan embarks on an exciting new collaboration with Chef Danny Bowien — the visionary behind Mission Chinese — the restaurant continues to evolve, bringing bold new flavors and creativity to its already iconic menu.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A Base Salary Range of $75,000- $85,000
- Quarterly Bonus Program

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills
- Ability to drive performance and success
- Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA, OpenTable and Resy software systems is highly preferred
- A passion for Asian cuisines is a plus!
