Farm to People is an online farmers market, local food delivery service, and Brooklyn-based restaurant. We serve clean, craveable meals using the best ingredients from our regional farm partners. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Head Chef to lead our culinary vision.
This is a chef’s dream role: direct access to the best seasonal produce, a multi-channel platform to create for (retail, dine-in, and events), and a blank canvas to bring your recipes to life.
What You’ll Do:

Lead recipe development for online SKUs, events, and restaurant offerings

Create systems for consistent prep, scaling, and training

Collaborate with sourcing and marketing to plan seasonal menus

Conduct tastings, refine SKUs, and optimize shelf life and quality

Mentor and train cooks on technique, flavor, and plating

Oversee culinary execution at 150+ person events and weddings

Innovate around shrink usage and sustainability in product design
Who You Are:

5+ years culinary leadership experience, ideally across multiple formats

Experienced in recipe testing, costing, and scaling

Passionate about ingredient-driven cooking and local sourcing
