Support Staff

The 9 Prime Support Staff plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This position involves maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, supporting servers and kitchen staff, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

• Clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests.

• Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables.

• Refill water, condiments, and other guest needs throughout service.

• Maintain cleanliness in all guest-facing and work areas

• Monitor and restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, condiments, and takeaway containers.

• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up or breaking down dining areas.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Customer-service oriented and friendly demeanor.

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to [20-40] pounds, as needed.
