Pastry Supervisor

Affiliated with STARR Restaurants and located in the New York EDITION, The Clocktower serves modern cuisine with a palpable U.K. sensibility. The restaurant is comprised of three intimate dining rooms and a lively bar. Our menu celebrates and elevates classic British fare, built around simple, satisfying plates with subtle refinements; the inspired wine program features an award winning 250-bottle list that highlights both Old and New World producers.

We are now hiring a skilled Pastry Supervisor who is passionate about team development and all things desserts to work closely with Executive Pastry Chef Jansen Chan. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, create, and execute a variety of desserts and baked goods with precision and creativity.
• Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with oversight of ordering, inventory, and DOH standards. 
• Support hiring, training, and development of pastry staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Provide performance feedback and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth.
