The Role
We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager who brings grace, presence, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality. This leadership role is ideal for someone energized by a design-forward environment, passionate about service, and skilled at cultivating a team culture rooted in consistency, care, and excellence.
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll help lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience while mentoring a dynamic front-of-house team.

- A base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000

Additional Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, hospitality-driven restaurant
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to hire, train, and mentor a diverse front-of-house team
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and reservation platforms such as OpenTable or Resy
- Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-touch environments
- A thoughtful, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence
