Celene's is an upscale cocktail bar and nightclub located in the heart of NYC, offering an elevated nightlife experience with handcrafted cocktails, curated DJ sets, and an intimate yet high-energy atmosphere.

We’re seeking experienced, charismatic, and detail-oriented bartenders who take pride in their craft and thrive in a high-energy, luxury environment.

• Craft exceptional classic and signature cocktails with speed, precision, and flair

• Deliver a warm, upscale guest experience with engaging hospitality and professionalism

• Maintain an immaculate and organized bar, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate with barbacks and servers to deliver seamless service

• Stay up-to-date on cocktail trends, spirits, and seasonal ingredients

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible service protocols

• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

• Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale cocktail bar or nightclub

• Deep knowledge of premium spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure

• NYC Food Handler’s Certificate (preferred)

• TIPS Certification or equivalent (preferred)
