S.K.Y. is entering a bold new chapter—and we’re looking for passionate, creative, and driven individuals to help us bring it to life.
Originally opened in Pilsen to critical acclaim, S.K.Y. is the flagship concept of Chef Stephen Gillanders, known for globally inspired cuisine and refined, approachable dining. For over seven years, we’ve delivered memorable experiences rooted in precision, warmth, and creativity. As we reopen in the iconic Belden-Stratford building in Lincoln Park, we’re building on that legacy—continuing to evolve while staying true to the essence of what has made S.K.Y. a standout from the beginning. With an elevated menu, renewed energy, and a sleek new space that includes two exciting sister concepts (Sanzoku and Intro), we’re continuing to offer one of Chicago’s most compelling dining experiences.
