Floor Manager

We are a family owned operation looking for a dynamic and experienced manager who is familiar with the area in pursuit of fostering the needs of a growing team!

Duties Include:

• Managing daily operations on the floor and ensuring everything runs smoothly

• Bartending experience 

• Leading a service team to provide top-tier service

• Assisting with private events — from coordination to execution, ensuring every detail is perfect

• Using the Toast POS system for seamless order entry, payments, and inventory management

• Handling cash and payment transactions securely and accurately

• Assisting with training and motivating staff to maintain high service standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of Toast POS systems

• Cash handling experience — comfortable working with cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment

• Bartending experience

• Experience managing and overseeing private events, from planning to execution

• A hands-on leader who knows how to juggle multiple priorities with ease while supporting and advocating for the team

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
