• Shift Lead Barista who know their way around a traditional espresso machine and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment and  bring team spirit, organization, and next-level service skills to every shift.

We’re looking for teammates who:

• Have solid barista experience with traditional coffee methods (manual espresso, milk steaming, dialing in, etc.)

• Obsess a little over a perfectly pulled shot and a silky microfoam

• Can lift 20+ lbs and stay on your feet with a smile

• Bring positive energy, reliability, and great vibes to the team

• Truly love coffee—and the craft, culture, and connection that come with it
