PLEASE ADVISE: AM SHIFTS FRIDAY-SUNDAY 8AM-4PM FOR BRUNCH SERVICE
Hatchet Hall is a lively neighborhood restaurant and bar serving food inspired by Southern cuisine, with a Californian influence. We support local farmers and create a farm to table experience throughout the many seasons Southern California has to offer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- prep and set up station in an efficient and clean manner ready for service
- clear communication with all team members
- execution of dishes in a consistent, timely manner to the highest standard on hot or cold line
- maintaining a safe, clean, and positive kitchen environment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- must have 2 years experience in high paced kitchen of similar nature to Hatchet Hall
-must have experience working on a wood fire grill
- must be able to work holidays and weekends
- intermediate to advanced knife skills
- must be passionate about cooking
- must be able to lift 30lbs
- must be able to stand for an extended period of time
- food handler's certification

The wine list is regularly updated with limited runs on by the glass options, focusing on the culture and history of the wine as well as the natural wine movement of all organic, biodynamic, and sustainable wines. The spirits list is vast, specializing in American Whiskey with expressions and nuances that you’re only able to get from being able to purchase a full single barrel.
