We’re looking for incredible, energetic baristas to join our flagship ice cream and coffee shop in Ardmore!
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have a passion for people, crafting amazing soft serve creations, espresso and coffee drinks. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, loves being part of a team and understands how to create a truly great customer experience. Qualifications:

At least 1 year of barista or coffee experience

Friendly, approachable, and team-focused attitude

Availability to work closing shifts during the week (typically ending around 11:00 pm)

Reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset

Able to lift up to 10-20 pounds and stand for extended periods
Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, answer menu questions, offer recommendations, and ensure a positive experience. Handle special requests and resolve concerns in a friendly, professional manner.

Drink & Dessert Preparation: Make espresso beverages, affogatos, and soft serve creations with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation.

Cash Handling: Operate the register, process cash/credit card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

Inventory Support: Keep an eye on supplies for coffee, soft serve, and toppings. Inform the manager when items are running low and assist with restocking and organizing stock.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Wipe down counters, clean equipment, and follow sanitation and safety standards.

Product Presentation: Ensure that drinks and desserts are visually appealing and served to our standards.

Health & Safety: Follow all food safety guidelines, maintain personal hygiene, and uphold cleanliness requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with coworkers, support each other during busy periods, and communicate any needs or issues to management.

Opening/Closing Duties: Complete shift-specific tasks including setup, restocking, and thorough closing procedures after store hours.
