Join our team and be the face of our hospitality! We're looking for a warm, professional, and organized individual to welcome guests and help create an unforgettable dining experience.
🔹Position: Host/Hostess
đź“ŤLocation: 90 Clinton St. New York, NY 10002
đź•’ Schedule: 4pm-10pm, 10am-3pm

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner

Manage reservations and waitlists using popular apps such as OpenTable, Resy, Yelp Reservations, or similar

Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about reservations, hours, and menu

Maintain a clean and organized host station and front entrance

Uphold our service standards with professionalism and positivity

Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer-facing role preferred

Familiarity with reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy, etc.) a must

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
