Gwen is a Michelin-starred fine dining establishment in the heart of Hollywood known for its exceptional service, seasonal cuisine with it's own in house butcher shop, and mid century modern design. We are committed to creating unforgettable dining experiences through precision, elegance, and genuine hospitality. We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional server to join our front-of-house team. 

As a server at Gwen, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of etiquette, product knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure every guest receives an extraordinary dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, courteous, and elegant service to all guests in line with Michelin star standards.
• Guide guests through the menu, expertly describing dishes, ingredients, cooking techniques, and wine pairings.
• Coordinate with chefs, sommeliers, and other FOH/BOH staff to ensure seamless dining service.
• Set and reset tables with precision, ensuring proper placement of flatware, glassware, and table décor.
• Maintain deep knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, seasonal ingredients, and beverage pairings.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively attend to them throughout the dining experience.
• Manage multiple tables with grace under pressure, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of service.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area at all times.
• Handle guest concerns or feedback with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience (Michelin-starred or similar highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
