Job Details
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager/Executive Sous Chef to help lead a high-performing culinary team within a fast-paced, upscale casual restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about food, leadership, and growth.

About the Role

You’ll support overall kitchen operations, uphold high food quality standards, and help foster a collaborative, accountable team culture. You'll work closely with the Executive Kitchen Manager and leadership team to streamline operations and elevate the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop back-of-house staff to ensure consistency and excellence.

  • Support operational efficiency and kitchen organization across shifts.

  • Collaborate on financial performance, including labor, food costs, and inventory.

  • Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

  • Help drive a positive and growth-minded culture rooted in teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications
  • Proven success in a kitchen leadership role, ideally as a Sous Chef or AKM.

  • Passion for hospitality, food, and team development.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • A consistent work history (no job-hopping) is strongly preferred.
