Flyfish Club – NYC based member's club with an emphasis on dining needs a Pasta Cook to join our dynamic culinary team

• Prepare and execute a variety of fresh pasta dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail

• Assist in daily prep including pasta dough, fillings, sauces, and garnishes

• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure timely and accurate service during high-volume dinner service

• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with DOH regulations

• Support overall kitchen operations and contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment

• 2+ years experience in a high-end or high-volume kitchen with a focus on Italian cuisine and pasta

• Skilled in hand-making fresh pasta, using traditional techniques and modern equipment

• Organized, punctual, and calm under pressure

• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
