What You'll Be Doing:

• Execute dishes with precision, speed, and pride

• Prep fresh, seasonal ingredients from scratch

• Learn techniques and plating from a Chef with Michelin experience

• Be part of service where wine and food pairings are central to the experience

• Help shape the evolving menu and contribute ideas

• Keep your station clean, organized, and dialed-in

• Communicate clearly and work as a true team player

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred

• Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and clean habits

• Cool under pressure and dependable when it counts

• Eager to grow and willing to be coached

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Passionate about food — and curious about wine

• Nights and weekends are a must
