We are a new brewpub opening in a beautiful old mill situated on the Pennypack Creek in Hatboro. We’re looking for a Bartender to help us launch our space and provide a warm and welcoming guest experience.
The bar is the heart of our operation. It is critical that our bartenders are knowledgeable about beer, eager to learn about our products, and can keep things going well in our establishment. We have a limited wine and cocktail menu, and we are focused on producing great drinks for our guests. We are not a fine dining restaurant, but we strive for quality in everything we do. We want a bar staff that is knowledgeable about our food, beers, cocktails, and is excited to learn about anything they may not know about.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Pouring draft beer properly.
- Mixing and creating new cocktails for our drink menu.
- Prep any batch cocktail/mocktail ingredients.
- Keep the bar clean.
- Support our servers and food runners in assisting our guests.
What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable creating batch cocktails and making cocktails and mocktails on request.
- Solid knowledge of beer styles and flavor profiles.
- RAMP certification or willingness to acquire one.
- Hardworking, punctual, organized, detail oriented.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Excited to join our opening team.

Compensation:
- Salary starts at $10-$12/hr plus tips with room to grow based on experience.
- PTO (18 days/year)
