Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients for pastry and dessert items, including measuring, mixing, and portioning.

  • Assist in baking and assembling pastries such as tarts, cookies, cakes, mousses, and laminated doughs.

  • Follow standardized recipes and techniques to ensure product consistency and quality.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and storage areas.

  • Label, date, and store all prepared items properly to ensure food safety and minimize waste.

  • Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock and receiving deliveries.

  • Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, sheeters, and blenders safely and correctly.

  • Support the Pastry Chef in new product development and seasonal menu changes.

  • Comply with food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards.


Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
