Line Cook

Masquerade is a vibrant, culture-driven restaurant in Williamsburg serving elevated, modern Persian-inspired cuisine. We’re currently looking for passionate, reliable Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our back-of-house team as we gear up for a busy season.

What We’re Looking For:
    •    A positive attitude and team spirit
    •    Basic knife and prep skills
    •    Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
    •    Experience on the line or in prep is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
    •    Punctuality, cleanliness, and attention to detail

What You’ll Do:
    •    Prep ingredients to spec and assist in daily mise en place
    •    Work various stations during service (grill, fry, salad, etc.)
    •    Maintain a clean and organized workstation
    •    Support the chef in daily kitchen operations
    •    Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
