We’re seeking a passionate Sous Chef to elevate our culinary standards.

Position Overview:
As Sous Chef, you will be a key member of our culinary leadership, supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, mentoring staff, and delivering extraordinary dishes that to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef looking to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment committed to culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Develop and refine menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a strong foundation in [specific cuisine/style]
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for innovation and attention to detail
