Head Bartender

Johnny Pistolas is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Lead to help elevate and guide our bar program. We’re looking for someone who thrives on innovation, brings consistency to execution, and has the leadership skills to train and inspire a team of bartenders.

• Develop and maintain a consistent and innovative cocktail program that reflects the Johnny Pistolas brand.

• Collaborate with ownership and management on menu development, seasonal specials, and product sourcing.

• Lead bartender training sessions, ensuring all team members understand technique, presentation, and recipe integrity.

• Foster a culture of hospitality, creativity, and accountability behind the bar.

• Maintain inventory systems, assist with ordering, and ensure efficient bar operations.

• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards at all times.

• Be a visible, active leader during service, ensuring both speed and quality.
