🔧 Key Responsibilities
Assemble sandwiches with speed, precision, and consistency
Prepare soups and stocks from scratch
Make dressings, sauces, and condiments to spec
Bake house breads and basic pastries as needed
Execute recipes and prep instructions
Maintain a clean and organized station
Work effectively on a small team and take initiative when working independently
Practice safe food handling and kitchen sanitation at all times
✅ Qualifications
4+ years experience in a commercial kitchen or sandwich focused concept
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask with urgency and stay calm under pressure
Excellent communication and time management
Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and procedures
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
💰 Compensation
$16.50–$20.00 per hour based on experience
