Job Details
Sailor is looking for a lead line cook to join the kitchen team of our celebrated neighborhood bistro in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
 
We’re a small team that loves cooking, restaurants, and looking after one another. We are looking for like minded individuals to join our crew. One must have strong organizational and line cooking abilities, be open to feedback, a clear communicator, and receptive to feedback. The best candidates can not only execute detailed work consistency while multitasking under service time constraints, but also make those around them better. We're confident that anyone who spends a year on our team will learn new techniques, recipes, and leadership skills that will better prepare them for a next step, wether that's growth in our restaurant or the culinary world beyond.
