Chateau Royale, an upcoming new restaurant from the acclaimed team behind the West Village’s Libertine, is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to help open and lead our newest concept in the heart of Greenwich Village.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the culture, service, and success of a soon-to-be destination restaurant, grounded in French culinary tradition with a modern New York sensibility. Occupying a double-wide former carriage house, Chateau Royale will be our love letter to midcentury New York French dining, featuring a wood-panelled, intimate bar room on the ground floor, and a stunning dining room on the second floor. We will be serving elevated and whimsical versions of French classics, alongside a world-class wine and cocktail program.
