La Fia is one of the premier restaurants in Wilmington, DE.

Are you passionate about cooking and ready to take your culinary skills to the next level! We are seeking a talented saute chef to join our team.

In this role you will prepare a variety of dishes focusing in sautée
Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create new dishes
Ensure the highest quality and plating of all food
Maintain a clean an organized station

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a sauté chef or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- A creative mindset with attention to detail.

La Fia celebrated its first 10 years in 2023.

Executive Chef Dwain Kalup prepares inventive, seasonal fare with a focus on local and sustainable ingredients. The diverse menu at La Fia allows diners to enjoy a light meal of small plates and small courses as well as rustic entrees. La Fia has over 20 wines by the glass, craft beer and seasonally inspired craft cocktails. Everything is made in house at La Fia from the breads in the bread basket to the desserts.
