As a Host/Hostess at Bathtub Gin, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they walk through the door. You'll be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy shifts. Your warm demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for our guests' evening and contribute to the overall success of our bar.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival.
• Manage the reservation system and accurately record guest information.
• Seat guests efficiently, taking into account table availability and server rotations.
• Communicate effectively with servers and bartenders to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Assist with managing waitlists during peak times.
• Provide guests with accurate information about our menu, specials, and promotions.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role preferred.
