As the operates of Bob & Barbara's Lounge, we recently opened a kitchen next door, The Window, focusing on grilled sandwiches for our bar customers. We are currently open Wednesday-Sunday 6pm-12am (1am Friday/Saturday); those who apply should be comfortable with a "late night" schedule. The menu and space is very small & simple, allowing us to due a few things really well; fan favorites currently include the Patty Melt, Grilled Cheese & Footlong Hotdog. It is a small kitchen with no dine in option/tables for customers inside; that is where the bar comes in, as a fun place to eat, drink & enjoy our daily entertainment (we will soon have a couple outdoor tables acting as a sidewalk cafe style option of dining). 

The position available is a dual facing one. Hired employees will be taking orders at the service window via Toast POS then cooking said order and packaging it for the guest. We are looking for a friendly and hardworking individual to interact with customers and happily fulfill orders. We have seen nights with tips ranging from $30-80+, so personality goes a long way and adds to the hourly rate. When working alone (which is 90+% of the time) there is no one to split tips with, so what you get what you earn.
