As a line cook you will uphold our commitment to quality,timeliness, and cleanliness, adhering to all Department of Health guidelines to ensure a
safe and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
⁃ Prepare dishes following specified recipes, includingweighing, mixing, and cooking methods.
⁃ Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh and of the highest quality.
⁃ Plate, garnish, and arrange dishes according to Chef's specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including utensils, equipment, and dishes.
⁃ Adhere to DOH food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
⁃ Communicate effectively with team members
regarding inventory, prep needs, and station status.
- Report any food waste or breakage to the closing
Sous Chef for proper recording
- Manage your station efficiently and escalate any
issues promptly to the management
team.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in fine dining restaurant
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to
deliver an exceptional diningexperience.
⁃ Strong comprehension and organization skills to
accurately execute recipes
⁃ Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a level-headed approach to challenges.
