Cantina Los Caballitos is a lively Mexican restaurant & bar located in the heart of East Passyunk in South Philadelphia. On the weekends, we transform from a comfortable neighborhood taco joint into a destination for margaritas & al fresco dining on our lush patio.
Qualified applicants for this position must possess:
- 2+ years behind a high volume bar
- Availability to close (we are open until 2am!)
- Positive attitude & friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well with a team
- Strong organizational skills under pressure
- Passion for great service, agave spirits, and tacos

We offer health insurance (with optional dental & vision plans) and 401K matching after a period of full-time employment, as well as the guarantee that you will never make less than $15/hr between wages and tips.
Our open bar shifts are somewhat limited at this time, so candidates with interest in additional serving shifts will be prioritized.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($2.83) plus tips
