Fulfilling people's drink orders responsibly and keeping the bar properly stocked and maintained, bartenders are expected to be known for their customer service. We pride ourselves on maintaining friendly relationships in a safe and comfortable atmosphere will remaining quick-witted and well-versed in dealing with many different personalities. Bartender/RAMP training certification is preferred, although many of these jobs are obtained through training or advancement within our bar/restaurant. At least a year's worth of reputable experience is also preferred.
Upon opening, bartenders prepare the bar for their shift. This generally includes wiping down the bar top, stools and equipment, ensuring there are enough clean glasses of every drink variety, and preparing ingredients while ensuring the bar is stocked. As a team we strive to maintain a smooth flow of service while remaining alert to everyone's needs. At the end of the shift, bartenders are expected to clean up their stations and help prepare the bar for the next shift.
