Banquet Captain

The Dinex Group, the restaurant management company of Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for Full time/Part-time Banquet Captain. Please note, this is an hourly position which does not typically receive gratuities. 

Duties:

• Setup, and Breakdown of Stations
• Food and Beverage service
• Polishing silverware/glassware
• Steaming linen
• Set up of coffee stations
• Transporting/Delivery of food and beverage between locations
• Bussing dishes
• Buffet service
• Assist with event preparation, assisting with rentals set up and other equipment 
• Assit the catering manager in leading the servers team 

• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for long periods of time
• Professional demeanor
• Understand and follow instructions given by managment
• Restaurant/Banquet Experience
• Attention to detail
• Understanding SOP's of service
