Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Floor Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Floor Manager serves as the link between the front-of-house team and management, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong team performance, and consistent hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bussers, and bartenders during service

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns

  • Monitor the dining room to maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance

  • Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling front-of-house team members

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Communicate daily specials, menu updates, and promotions to the team

  • Manage reservations, table assignments, and waitlists to ensure efficient service flow

  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering operational supplies as needed

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service

  • Enforce company policies and address minor disciplinary matters when necessary

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience with POS systems, reservation platforms, and basic office applications

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Food Handler’s Certification and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant environments

  • Bilingual (Spanish or other language) is a plus



Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $85,000.00)
