Food Runner

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our fast-paced team at Bottega. As a Food Runner, you will be the key link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly and accurately. • Food Delivery: Deliver hot and cold food from the kitchen to guests’ tables in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring proper presentation.

• Communication: Describe each dish throughout and clearly with all details related to the recipe

• Order Accuracy: Double-check food orders to ensure all items are correct before delivering to guests.

• Guest Service: Provide excellent service by greeting guests, offering assistance, and ensuring their dining experience is seamless.

• Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure the dining room runs smoothly.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep service areas clean and organized, including clearing empty plates, utensils, and glasses from tables.

• Restock Supplies: Replenish items like napkins, silverware, and condiments on tables as needed.

• Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

• Assist with Other Tasks: Help with light prep work, assisting with side duties, or stocking during slower periods.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting.

• Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods of time and lift up to [weight] lbs.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
