General Manager

Defined Hospitality is an expanding restaurant company and we are looking for our next, dynamic leader to fill a  General Manager position for highly acclaimed Pizzeria Beddia in the Fish Town section of Philadelphia.. The candidate should be prepared to lead a management team operating multi day-parts in a high volume environment. The candidate should have a track record of successful service and beverage management. Additionally, the candidate should be qualified to lead, teach and direct a staff to execute a high level of hospitality and service. Our candidate must be a student of food and beverage and comfortable working supporting the culinary team. A strong back ground in wine (Natural wine) would be considered a plus. 

Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and grace under pressure a must.
