Job Summary:
As a Food Runner with the Bardea Restaurant Group, you’ll be the essential link between the kitchen and the dining room. You’ll deliver food to guests with precision and care, ensuring that every dish is served timely and presented beautifully. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute directly to the guest’s experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables in a timely and efficient manner

• Ensure that all dishes are correctly garnished and presented to the highest standard

• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any issues promptly

• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, including drinks and condiments

• Ensure guests have everything they need for an exceptional dining experience

• Assist with resetting tables between courses or guests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and kitchen areas

• Be proactive in identifying and assisting with any additional needs of the front-of-house team

Qualifications:

• Previous food runner or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

• Ability to lift heavy trays and be on your feet for extended periods

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
