Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of all cocktails, wine, beer, juice and soda. Following the set recipes of Shepherd & Sims is required at all times to ensure a consistent product for our guests. The bartender is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable bar that is stocked appropriately for service. Above all, a bartender at Shepherd & Sims is responsible for safe and responsible service of alcoholic beverages at all times—confirming legal drinking age through acceptable identification, refusing service to guests who are not of legal drinking age or who may be intoxicated, and communicating with management of any incident involving alcohol.
