Now Hiring: A Busser with a strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail to join our team at Upland NYC! As a Busser, you'll be essential to creating a polished and welcoming dining experience, ensuring that every table is impeccably set, cleared, and reset with efficiency and care. You’ll support our service team by maintaining a clean and organized dining room, anticipating guest needs, and helping to uphold the smooth flow of service. With a focus on precision and teamwork, you’ll contribute to the warm, urbane atmosphere that defines Upland—where rustic charm meets New York sophistication.

Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a busy restaurant
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend shifts
- A polished, professional demeanor, with a warm and hospitable disposition
- Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about hospitality
A recipient of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux Chefs Scholarship, Chef JP trained at Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, eventually rising to Sous Chef at Blue Hill Stone Barns. He later joined Eleven Madison Park and led Wolfgang Puck's CUT as Executive Chef. Now, Chef JP brings his passion for seasonal produce and refined yet rustic cuisine to Upland’s California-inspired menu.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
