Skills required: 

• Strong understanding of reservation management, Resy experience preferred
• Professional phone etiquette required
• A positive attitude & excellent work ethic 
• A strong sense for hospitality 
• The ability to manage guest seating seamlessly while working collaboratively with the host team in a high paced environment
• Morning availability - highly preferred
