Hi!
We are looking for FULL TIME line cooks / team members to join our team at our Collingswood LOCATION! We are a small, but mighty team who are constantly growing every single day. In this role, you will be involved in back of house making sandwiches, as well as cooking eggs, working the flattop griddle and deep fryer. Minimum 1 year kitchen experience required. A willingness to learn and help wherever needed goes a long way. If you are looking to get out of restaurants and into something simpler, then that's us!
Our Shop will be open 7 days a week, and we are looking for a full time member, working 5 days per week. Weekend availability is a must. Our shifts are 6am-230pm.
Qualified applicants will have
- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently
- A positive and teamwork-oriented attitude
- A passion for making great food consistently
- Willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Open AM and weekend availability is a must
Responsibilities include
- Maintaining and managing back of house stock throughout the day, including, but not limited to, bacon, cheese, eggs, cream cheese, vegetables
- Cooking Eggs on Induction Burner
- Working the flattop grill and deep fryer
- If interested, working earlier shift for boiling and baking bagels, as well as frying doughnuts
- Communicating between front of house and back of house staff to ensure operations run smoothly together
- Learning and executing basic sandwich making as well as egg cooking (Training provided)
Compensation: $15 per hour + tips (weekly total average between $21-$23/hr)
