Bartender

Cerdito Muerto is a NEW cocktail (with a focus on all things Agave), neighborhood Mexican American bar opening in Pilsen very soon. We are searching for highly motivated team members who want to be a part of something unique and one of a kind.

The Bartender we are looking for is eager to learn about chemistry, recipies and expanding their palate.
- Knowledge of all Agave spirits is a must
- Strong attention to detail
- Integrity and superior work ethic 
- Able to work all holidays and special events as required
- Positive atittude with ablilty to adapt to changing menus and recipes
- Takes pride in their work while not taking themselves too seriously
- Service experience in an upscale dinning environment preffered but not required
- Experience with Mexican spirits/food is preffered but not required. We are an E.O.E.
