📍 North Salem, NY | 💼 $80,000–$90,000 + Bonus | 🕗 5 Days/Week, ~55 Hours

Join a legendary French bistro in Midtown as its Head Pastry Chef, overseeing the full pastry program across café and bistro service. This is a rare opportunity to step into a refined, respectful kitchen that honors French culinary tradition while fostering creativity and balance.
What You’ll Do:
– Lead all pastry operations, from viennoiserie to plated desserts
– Develop and refine seasonal menus and holiday offerings
– Train, manage, and inspire your pastry team
– Collaborate with the Executive Chef and ownership on menu direction
What You Bring:
– 5+ years of pastry experience (French training strongly preferred)
– Strong recipe development and plating skills
– Calm, clean, and organized leadership style
