The Golden Swan is a neighborhood French tavern in a historic West Village townhouse. The concept was inspired by an iconic New York restaurant of the same name that served as a den for artists and thieves in the 1900s. Chef Doug Brixton’s menu focuses on using only the best quality ingredients. Guests can enjoy both casual and elevated dining experience with menu highlights including The Brixton Burger and Dover Sole served tableside while 19th century inspired cocktails flow endlessly.
Minimum 3 years experience
The ideal candidates will possess:
-A minimum 3 years experience in fine dining as a Bartender in Chef-driven, Michelin, or Fine Dining environments.
-Must work well under pressure
-Ability to guide guests through a bespoke dining experience
-Superior knowledge of classic cocktail recipes
-Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
-Positive Attitude
-Professional demeanor, polished appearance and an ability to exceed guest expectations
-Excellent time management skills
-Ability to move graciously
-Quick thinking
-Leadership qualities and the ability to be a team player
-Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
